Midday Infomedia and SnatchKing Online have announced the signing of a definitive agreement between the two companies under which Midday will acquire all assets of privately held SnatchKing, a leader in online classifieds technology. As per the terms of agreement, Midday will also take on board several key employees of SnatchKing.
Founded in 2007, SnatchKing became India’s leading online classifieds company in a short span of time. SnatchKing powers classifieds across 24 cities for several of India’s leading newspapers, including Times Group, Dainik Bhaskar and Midday. SnatchKing’s “ResponseCenter” classifieds lead generation platform is widely believed to be the most technologically advanced lead generation system, incorporating several patent pending technologies in the realm of Natural Language Analysis, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
