AdMob, the world's largest and fastest growing mobile advertising platform, announced it has deepened its investment in the Indian market with the hiring of Mahesh Narayanan to manage the company’s sales and marketing operations in India.
Mahesh joins AdMob from Google’s where he was a founding member of Google India's Direct Sales Operations. He started the Direct Sales Operations organization in 2005 and was instrumental in creating the architecture for the growth of Google in India. Prior to Google, Mahesh worked at companies including Times Now, Mediaturf Worldwide, and Bidorbuyindia.com.

AdMob has worked with leading publishers to monetize their mobile services and advertisers to reach mobile consumers in India. The company has had a local presence in Mumbai since July 2008. AdMob’s publisher and advertiser partners in India include Tata AIG, Colgate, Cricinfo, Dell, ICICI Lombard, Indiagames, Nokia, Pepsi Co., and Hungama.
